It got copyrighted again???

My song, Quadratic has been delayed to to a copyright infringement detected. This was because i used the same snare sample as another song. (its in a free sample pack by cymatics) I am appealing the claim.

In geometry dash, you can use songs from NewGrounds in your levels. The problem is, you need to be approved. I would let you use me songs, but I'm not approved.
